This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our websites \[geoneo.com, actfluent.com, flybyhomes.com, and flyby.homes\] and when you use our services and applications, including ActFluent and FlyBy™ (together, the "Service"). ## 1. Information We Collect We collect various types of information to provide and improve our services, including: 1. **Personal Information:** Name, email address, phone number, billing information, and other details you provide when contacting us or signing up for our services. 2. **Technical Information:** IP address, browser type, operating system, and other device information collected automatically when you use our website. 3. **Usage Data:** Information on how you interact with our website and services, such as pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns. 4. **Organization Information:** For ActFluent, your organization’s name, website, Employer Identification Number, and the public records we use to set its price. We never ask for a Social Security number. Information that a customer uploads about other people is covered in section 2. ## 2. Information Our Customers Upload About Other People Some of our customers upload information about people who are not our customers. This section explains what happens to it. ActFluent customers upload an employee census. A census is a list of employee home addresses. Each address is used once, to find the employee’s congressional district. What ActFluent keeps is one number per district: how many of your employees live there. Your uploaded file is held in storage only until it is processed. It is deleted when processing finishes, and within one day at most if processing fails. To find the district, an address may be sent to the US Census Bureau geocoder, a federal government service. Apart from the uploaded file, GeoNeo keeps no stored copy of the address, no cache entry, and no log line holding it. The Census Bureau’s handling of requests to its public geocoder is governed by its own policies. After processing, ActFluent keeps only the district count. It does not keep the address, a name attached to it, a hash of it, or anything else derived from it. An organization that belongs to an association may upload its own census. In that case the association sees only the district counts, on the same terms described above. When we process a census, we do so on behalf of, and on the instructions of, the organization that uploaded it. That organization is responsible for having the right to provide the addresses and for giving its employees any notice its own policies or applicable law require. Because we keep no address, no name, and nothing derived from either, we hold no record about any individual employee. Questions from an employee about a census should go to the organization that uploaded it. ## 3. How We Use Your Information We use collected information for purposes including: 1. Providing, maintaining, and improving our services. 2. Processing transactions and managing customer accounts. 3. Communicating with you about updates, offers, and customer support. 4. Ensuring website security and preventing fraud. 5. Complying with legal and regulatory requirements. ## 4. How We Share Your Information We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with: 1. **Service Providers:** Trusted third parties that assist in website hosting, payment processing, customer support, and analytics. 2. **Artificial Intelligence Providers:** Third parties whose AI models we use to read, score, and summarize legislation and other public content. We do not send employee census addresses to them. 3. **Stripe:** Our payment processor. Stripe handles subscription payments and royalty payouts. 4. **The US Census Bureau geocoder:** A federal government service, not a commercial processor. An address may be sent to it to find a congressional district. See section 2. 5. **Associations:** If your organization joined ActFluent through an association’s invitation, that association can see your organization’s name, the name of your organization’s contact, whether your organization has subscribed, and whether it has submitted a census. If your organization’s district counts roll up to the association, the association sees those counts. It never sees an employee’s address or name. 6. **Legal Compliance:** When required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety. 7. **Business Transfers:** In the event of a merger, sale, or business restructuring. ## 5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. ## 6. Data Security We implement security measures to protect your personal information when you submit a request, place an order, or enter, submit, or access your personal information. These security measures include: 1. password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information 2. TLS encryption to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely 3. payment card data handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified processor, and never stored on our servers All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via TLS encryption and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. ## 7. Your Rights and Choices Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, delete, or opt-out of sharing of your personal information. Contact us for any privacy-related requests. ## 8. Third-Party Links Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. ## 9.
