Accessibility
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
GeoNeo LLC is committed to making our websites and applications usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for all users and applying the relevant accessibility standards, with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
1. What This Statement Covers
This statement applies to:
- our websites, including geoneo.com, actfluent.com, flybyhomes.com, and flyby.homes
- our web applications, including ActFluent and the GeoNeo Property Intelligence Platform (FlyBy, ReplaceWise, and CapitalScope)
2. Measures to Support Accessibility
We take the following measures to support accessibility:
- include accessibility throughout our internal policies and training
- integrate accessibility into our web development lifecycle
- conduct periodic accessibility reviews using both automated and manual testing methods
3. Accessibility Features
We aim to provide the following features across our websites and applications:
- Text alternatives: alternative text for images where applicable
- Keyboard access: keyboard navigability
- Readable color: color contrast designed for readability
- Clear structure: structured heading elements for screen readers
4. Conformance Status
Our goal is to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We consider our websites and applications partially conformant, which means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to close those gaps, and we track newer guidance, including WCAG 2.2, as we do.
5. Known Limitations
Some content is harder to make fully accessible, and we want to be clear about where that is:
- Maps and aerial imagery: maps, district boundaries, and aerial or street-level imagery are visual by nature. Where a map shows information, we aim to provide the same information in text or a table, such as district counts or property details in a report.
- Government source documents: bill text and other records come from government sources in the format those sources publish. Some of those documents, especially older PDFs, may not be fully accessible.
- Third-party tools: some features rely on third-party services, such as scheduling, forms, and payment pages. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their content.
- Downloaded reports: reports and other documents our applications generate for download, such as PDF reports, may not be fully accessible.
If any of these gets in your way, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information in another format.
6. Compatibility
Our websites and applications are designed to work with current versions of major web browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
7. Feedback and Alternative Formats
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our websites and applications. If you run into a barrier, need information in another format, or have a suggestion, please contact us. It helps if you include:
- the web address or the name of the screen or report
- a short description of the problem
- the browser and any assistive technology you were using
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two to three business days.
